A rare case of microcystic and macrocytic lymphangioma in 12-year-old girl

Introduction: Lymphangioma is an idiopathic digression in the lymphatic vessels morphogenesis. It a malformation that involves of superficial dermis. The lesions were observed since birth for 50% cases. typically rare disorder. This case report aims to explain lymphangioma, which Case report: Our study reported chief complaint 12-year-old girl was painless multiple small blisters on left thigh and inguinal past 11 years. Physical examination revealed groups lobulated mass consist erythematous papules, cysts, skin-colored purplish macule, tense vesicles & reddish-brown crusts. not itchy, followed by slight swelling under lesion groin. They papules abdomen. also found there hypertrophic scar upper side posteromedial thigh. Histopathology showed hyperkeratosis where keratinocytes proliferation areas lined with endothelium. Eosinophilic amorphic inside lumen. There hair follicles, sudoriferous glands sebaceous glands. proposed diagnosis lymphangioma (combined microcystic macrocystis malformation) abdomen soft tissue tumor buttock. treatments carbon dioxide (CO2) laser surgical excision tumor.Conclusion: vessel disorder manifests commonly children. disease can be treated CO2 laser.
